i found the reception staff particularly helpful and friendly . they were always ready with a smile and eager to assist. my room had plenty of power plugs so i could charge all my devices easily. the modern bathroom was super clean. i also appreciated the hotel's quiet location near the metro. multiple bars and restaurants are nearby.
i missed having a refrigerator in my room. it would be helpful for storing drinks and snacks . it would also be useful for travellers who like to buy food at the nearby supermarket.

the hotel provides free apples at the entrance reception. complimentary coffee and herbal teas are also available . the rooftop pool offered a great way to relax and unwind .

this location is a short three minute walk from the metro station. the hotel is near good restaurants with reasonable prices when compared to the tourist center. a supermarket is close by.

the hotel staff speaks english well and are very friendly. i could leave my luggage securely on my first and last day. the team in the breakfast area was sweet and kind, a highlight of my mornings.

the location was acceptable, just a short walk to the metro.
The lack of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient. I had no way to keep drinks cold. also, the walls seem quite thin. I could hear doors slamming and people walking in the rooms above and next to mine. it.

The bed in my room was not ideal. It had two separate mattresses on a large frame and felt awkward. I often found myself sleeping on the uncomfortable edge between the mattresses. the absence of a refrigerator in the room was disappointing. I would have liked to keep drinks cool.
